1. Who we are

Nekalink ("we", "us") operates the Nekalink creator app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our mobile application.

You can access this policy in Settings and during sign-up.

2. Information we collect

Account data: username, full name, email address, phone number, password (stored securely), profile photo, and account status.

Store and commerce data: products you create, orders, buyer names and emails shown on orders, fulfillment uploads, wallet balances, and payout details (Orange Money account holder name and phone number).

Usage and analytics data: store views, revenue, and order counts associated with your account.

Device and technical data: device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic logs needed to secure and improve the service.

Communications: SMS verification codes for sign-up and password recovery; push notification tokens if you enable purchase notifications.

3. How we use information

We use your information to create and secure your account, operate your store, process payments and payouts, show analytics, send notifications you opt into, prevent fraud, comply with law, and support you when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and transaction records while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations.

You may request account deletion or correction of inaccurate data by emailing us. Some records may be retained where law requires.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong password and protect your device.

6. Your choices and rights

You can update profile and payout details in Settings, toggle purchase notifications, and log out at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

On iOS and Android, system permission prompts (notifications, photo library for uploads) are optional unless required for a feature you choose to use.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
